Hi Abel. Couple questions on this list.
If I detox 2 weeks I can start adding in the Phase 1 (Other Foods) at the beginning of week 3? I read what you wrote after other foods but was a bit confused.
Then there is an ‘other foods also introduced 2 weeks following the Detox period. So these would be week 5?
The ‘foods that can be eaten regardless of the stage’ does this include detox?
I already used Purevia, have I blown it? What about xylitol? When can i add coconut bread? Thanks…!
