After having wild salmon for almost two weeks,I’m feeling so much better and stronger.However I did have a day earlier this week where my stomach was so upset,and I did go and rest for an hour with my crystal,but after that I felt fine.We need protein in our bodies to fuel ourselves.I will never consume red meat,and I had to be reasonable and not be all upset about supporting the fishing industry (I won’t let myself get started on that…).Humans are not built to live off juice,fruit,sprouted seeds,cacao,nuts, like my vegan and raw friends claim.I was once a raw vegan,and I feel my digestion and health was damaged by that period.
Sorry to get off topic.Wild salmon is a winner if you are looking for protein/nutrients/vitamins/minerals.
