haven’t gone on a formal treatment though I did drastically reduce sugars and carbs (that alone helped a bit).
I don’t know a whole lot about supplements / nutrition etc. so its taken me a little while to get my head around things. I started the cleanse (the one on the forum) about a week ago after finally getting my hands on some chia seeds and bentonite clay. I’ve been taking vitamin C and Milk Thistle as well as the website suggested. The cleanse has been going pretty well with relatively mild die-off symptoms. I actually like the taste of the vegetable broth- especially when its still warm.
It was a bit tough for me to source Moly capsules but now that I have them, I intend to go on the strict diet after another week on the cleanse.
