I feel for yeah, this is also my second attempt and its so difficult 🙁
I find it soooo hard to keep off chocolate, I’m also really really fed up with my blotchy red skin and feel so dam low all the time..
Anyways enough of that 😀
Breakfast I did find difficult but now I rotate each day between Pro-biotic Yoghurt and scrambled egg. The scrambled egg I do in the microwave and find it quite filling and generally lasts me till lunch, use about 3 eggs and skip the milk. I know it will be a little tasteless but least it fills you and its better than nothing :D.
The pro-biotic is good, but not as filling to be honest.
