Are you making your own kefir and having it a few times a day? In your situation, I doubt seriously if you’ll be able to reach a cure without kefir being in your daily diet. Also, what count is your probiotic as well as the brand and strain?

How do you feel about trying Swedish Digestive Bitters for a while instead of Wobenzym? Bromelain is one of the ingredients and is also a very common allergen.
I’m willing to give anything a try to be honest, just trying to get my head round it. I’ve not tried Kefir, I’ve always had a bit of a problem with cows milk (when I gave it up as a kid, my eczema died down, whenever I took casien it got worse), does it work with goats milk?
Surprisingly it didn’t come up in my allergy test, but oregano, grapes, millet, oats, seasame seed & black & green tea did, plus a mild reaction cheeses.
I will get hold of some Swedish Digestive Bitters & get a better probiotic, currently i’m taking a myprotein one I bought before I started this treatment, this its profile (I take between 4-6 per day, because i’m aware its not very strong):

I know its not medically certified but when I did the metabolic typing diet test I came out as a protein type/fast oxidizer. Thats when I started eating more protein & increased my meat variation consumption, including more red meat. I felt much better for it to be honest. I wasn’t as hungry as before & could go longer gaps without eating, plus I would be tired at the right times. This was the same time I cut all wheat & most grains right down & my bloating was much reduced. It also improved my body composition dramatically.
