I don’t know if you are consuming the same omega’s as I do, but flax oil certainly helps my digestion because its anti-inflammatory. I haven’t tried many other omega’s because this is all I need.

I also thought you were male lol, so I shared some male tips lol.

If you get rid of coffee, you gain long term energy.

Also on working out, I would be very careful with the amount you participate in because we do not recommend (vigorous) exercise when healing. You need to heal your immune system and save your energy. Alternatives would include swimming, yoga, etc. Exercise can really drain you adrenals and I recommend being careful with it. Later in your treatment is a perfect time to do the vigorous exercise. I give this same advice to everyone that does it.
