I also wanted to add the a big reason for my question is the fact that I am a pianist. Before the diet my brain fog would incapacitate me to the point where playing became impossible a few times a week, but since starting the diet I haven’t really been able to play at all which is extremely frustrating. Anyone who plays an instrument can sympathize with me:). I have no problem staying on the diet as long as it makes sense and there is still a possibility that it is candida but I am not extremely well-versed on a timeline as it seems to vary greatly for each person.
