This simple dip recipe contains tomato, cucumber and onion, and it uses cilantro, garlic, lime and salt to round out the flavors. Tomato is allowed during the Candida diet, but in small amounts only until the later stages.

You can use this dip as a snack between meals or as an appetizer before dinner. Pair it with some healthy, gluten-free crackers (like these), or just enjoy it alone with a spoon!
