Detox isn’t just about diet and colon cleansing. Here are a few alternative detox methods that you can try alongside more conventional techniques.

Start with 3-5 minutes of hot water, followed by one minute or less of cold water. Repeat this cycle at least once. A good time to do a contrast shower is straight after the gym, perhaps before or after using the sauna.
Exercise is very important not only for your general health, but also in the fight against Candidiasis. It activates your lymphatic system and increases the levels of oxygen in your bloodstream. This plays a key role in optimal immune function, helpful in reducing the number of Candida yeast cells in the body.
A good sweat also helps to eliminate toxins produced by the Candida. Try to do 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 4-5 days a week.
