Tomato & Onion Salsa

Candida salsa

This simple, Mediterranean dip recipe contains tomato, cucumber and onion as its main ingredients. It uses a combination of cilantro, garlic, lime, and salt to round out the flavors.

This Candida-safe salsa is a far healthier option than what you might buy in the store. It doesn’t contain any added sugars or other ingredients that might worsen a Candida overgrowth. In fact, it contains several antifungal ingredients that can actively improve your gut health!

You can use this dip as a snack between meals or as an appetizer before dinner. Pair it with some healthy, gluten-free crackers (like these Sesame Cauliflower Rounds), or just enjoy it alone with a spoon!
