This simple dip recipe contains tomato, cucumber and onion, and it uses cilantro, garlic, lime and salt to round out the flavors. - ½ cup
- Juice from 1 small lime
- Salt to taste
- Peel and deseed the cucumber.
- Chop all the ingredients (the smaller the better).
- Mix together and serve with quinoa crackers.
