Because of a lot of anti fungal available out in the market, it can sometimes be hard for any individual to pick the best one, so some settle for trial and error, which took its toll in my case. I am really have a tough time with the die off as it really feels like burning whenever I take it, which is not so enticing in any way. I am able to strictly follow my diet with no cheaties so I have no problems with that.
If you are unsure how the detox process would take effect on you, you could skip that one and start the fast right away. I am not saying you to do this but it is just an option. I mean, the fasting is cleansing in itself so there would be no issues concerning that one, but a mere preference and extra sureness on your part.

I would suggest that you go with oats as they are a lot softer than psyllium. They can really be tough and would not look good if they damage your intestinal lining in the process. It really is hard but you have to cope up with it.
It is very normal as well to get dizzy when fasting as for any human being under the same regimen would experience because of a great decrease on blood flow.
Well, no one could help you but yourself so be sure to set your goals clearly. I am not saying that you should be banished for caving in as a lot of people here do the same thing as well. You should tell yourself that a lot are already successful, then what is hindering you from pulling it off as well. Just stay strong and you should not let your emotions take the better of you.
