I was wondering the same thing. I cannot do any dairy. Is this safe for me?
I have a great one that works! I use 1 tablespoon of coconut flour, two tablespoons of almond milk, one egg, 20 drops of stevia clear, pumpkin pie spice (three shakes), and cinnamon (three shakes). I put all of this into a measuring cup and stir with a fork until it’s all incorporated. Then I melt some coconut oil in the pan and cook it on medium heat. It makes about 2 pancakes. Perfect serving size for one. I eat them with almond butter on top. I’ve even toasted up some pecans to go on top also. Yummy.
Im waiting on my grains to arrive also and I will use coconut milk. Can you give us a quick recipe including the coconut milk? Thanks~
Aww Hope I am sorry you feel hopeless!! I am a mom and i remember those crazy times with a toddler. I promise she won’t be like that forever, and when you look back at those times when she is bigger you will laugh and be amazed that you made it through! She is a blessing in your life and I am sure you know that! I want you to know that you have friends here and it’s good that you can at least vent to us! Just do your best with the diet and at least you are doing what you can about trying to eat right and healthy. Onions, garlic, lemons and limes and low sugar is the way to go and at least you know it will not get much worse!! haha!! Keep your chin up girl!!
