Fruits are ok if you have been on diet awhile but the mushrooms are a no no. It’s a straight fungus.
Could be die off, idk how that can cause anxiety.
I agree. By next spring your body should be healing even more. Don’t be afraid to
Cheat as we call it, especially on your wedding day. Like raster said if anything it won’t set you back too much. I got married last year and ate cake, all out food, and drank hard alcohol. No beer as it’s filled with yeast. And believe it or not I was fine and had a blast.
Before any type of detoxing you have to take molydenum for at least 3 days. Because die off sucks. I have sibo as well but it’s not nearly as bad as candida in my case. Sibo can usually be cleared by feeding good bacteria and forcing the bad out. Now your saying your constipated. That is a die off symptom as well, however, you need those toxins out of you. Hot Epson salt baths help but eventually enemas or colonics will help down the road.
Nystatin gave me the best progress last year. I combined it with sf722 and garlic. Keeps all my levels low. Now I just take garlic and sf722 just to maintain
For sure lower the dose of the sf722 and just keep doing what your doing. Are you eating anything you shouldn’t?
My bloating lasted a year, the only thing that helps me is getting a colonic. It’s helping my digestion and getting an oil change of all the nasty toxin, yeast, and bacteria in my gut. They saved me. Plus oat bran and buckwheat can bloat. But sometimes it takes some enigmas or colonics to keep things moving and keep taking enzymes. Proper food combining also. Meaning meat and veggies with no starch or fiber carbs. Or then eat some
Starch with just meat. Hope this helps
Most likely the infestation builds up slowly over time. I noticed mine overnight but in reality it was building up for years. I would take molydenum chelate 100 mg two to three times a day to minimize die off. Are you taking antifungals? You should start slow on the probiotics especially because of the extreme die off you had. The more water you drink the more you body releases toxins that’s why your brain fog is starting slowly. I would start off with a raw garlic or garlicanese pills. Good anti parasite, anti bacteria, and anti fungal. Yes it is necessary. It’s safe to start out with that or even some coconut oil and see if you have even more die off. I take antifungals still and I ve been sick
For more than a year, however I’m about 85 % and feel like I can eat anything with no reaction but don’t wanna

Sugar is the devil and everyone should stay away from it
I never had good luck with kefir, I’m not a dairy person. I also have an autoimmune which I developed a year after having candida. I feel like if my candida is cured my autoimmune will go away. I spend hundreds of dollars on food and supplements a month easily but you don’t have to go crazy. Keep it simple. Work you way up to 5000 mg of Vit c a day, get a good b complex since yeast and bacteria deprive you of vitamins.’vit d is very important for immune health. Be careful with wormwood, it’s strong stuff and you can be sensitive to it. Garlic is a anti parasite, anti fungal, and antimicrobial. I feel like garlic helped a ton and continues toNovember 8, 2013 at 6:02 am in reply to: What were your initial symptoms that linked you to candida? #112412
Thrush, bloating that happened overnight with reflux, chronic sinus infections. Change of bowel habitsNovember 7, 2013 at 6:22 am in reply to: Has anyone on this forum cured themselves of Candida? #112371
I’m not cured but it’s under control. If I wanted some pizza right now I could eat it but I don’t have the urge to right now. I’m sticking to my diet, that isn’t completely strict but I stay away from sugars other than mostly natural sugars. After my fight I’m going for tacos and an ice cream sundae. I’ll get a sugar rush and feel full but that’s about it after a year plus of this candida hell. But then my other meals are gonna be what I eat normally. If i ate junk again the candida would come back. Plus, knock on wood, it’s almost been a year of no antibiotics. I used to be on antibiotics every 6 weeks.
Thanks buddy. I know I need to get on here. It’s always good to hear success stories cause it feels so hopeless at first. I helped two people already at my massage parlor. Their drs were killing them, sent them to my dr, sure enough bad candida. So I feel good about that. How have you been Danny?
