It’s weird that they do not post what is in the canidazyme. I have to see what’s in something before I try it!

Thanks for the response. Coincidentally, I picked up a multi enzyme yesterday and tested it with my meals even before I read this reply. I think I was able to tolerate it ok. I only took half of it with lunch and then the other half with dinner. I have to be very careful with new supplements as I have so many intolerances! Anyway, I’m going baack to the store to buy a bottle so I can take them regularly. I had only gotten a sample packet to try. It’s got lots of enzymes in it but I noticed that it does not have betain hydrochloride. I am considering adding that separately as I feel I am probably low and it would benefit my digestion.
I just came from the doctor and they took 4 tubes of blood to test for delayed food intolerances. I had this done about 6 years ago and it helped to know what I was reacting too. Of course things change and I h ave a new doctor so I am curious to see what is going on. I get pretty sick after eating certain foods and am not sure if it’s because I am not breaking them down or because I have an intolerance.
Thanks for the reply. Hope you are doing well.

    Hi,

I just joined the group and am from New Jersey also. Just thought I’ld say hi. I have been dealing with Candida on and off for years. Doctors were clueless and only made it worse. Years ago I dealt with it on my own and seemed to get better but never went back to normal.

Recently, I started indulging again thinking I was ok….well it caught up with me and I am now worse off than before. I found an alternative integrative facility and had my first appointment yesterday. At least they acknowledged that Candida was the culprit. I have another appointment on Monday where they will actually give me a treament plan. Right now I am so debilitated by this that I can’t even get out of the house as the fatigue, muscle and joint pain are terrible. I started the diet again about a week ago and am still fine tuning it as I learn. I also started Grapefruit Seed Extract to kill the yeast and was doing ok until I added in Oregano Oil and exeperienced awful side effects and die off which lead to one of the worst migraines ever!

Rather than do this myself, I sought out the help of this alternative medical group. I hope they can help guide me as this is just too much for me to do on my own!

I am eager to regain my health.

    Mel
