the only thing with plamil is it has caffeine in it , quite alot and it feeds the candida . ive found siesta carob bars a god send 🙂
hi im eating nuts , not pistachios or peanuts, what im doing is washing them thoroughly before i eat them , the mold tends to be on the outside like all root veggies , so i wash them and i find them ok 🙂 hope this helps x
i have a feeling it might be the coconut oil that might have caused the bloating also the toxins from die off can cause it. are you taking supplements ie milk thistle for liver cleanse? and physillium husks to stop the constipation? i find these a great help 🙂 . also its best not to drink green tea as it has caffeine in it and caffeine feeds the candida. i went to an amazing naturopath and nutritionist for all my advice, ok it was expensive but worth every penny . i hope this advice helps 🙂 if you want any more dont be afraid to ask kaye x
hi skyblue ,
i experienced exactly the same, its because you are taking too much, you need to lower the dose back down . its because oil of oregano is really really strong . stick with it though as im on the mend 😉 . hope this helps. btw drop to two drops in the morning . and very slowly increase , also make sure you drink shit loads of water to pee all the toxins out . kayex
i concur !!!!!!!!! 🙂April 4, 2011 at 8:54 am in reply to: Effective probiotic for Candida, Saccharomyces boulardii #62979
awesome be good to hear from you, as im paying 30 pounds for mine , gulp .
your allowed xylitol in second stage of diet , i went to a nutritionist and its fine, it actually helps with oral thrush , look it up on wikipedia and google 🙂 . however the choclate the person above has mentioned is not good as it has caffeine in it , i know as i got excited and ordered it . i felt like crap after it. my nutrisionist has recommended a chocolate alternative called carob, ive found a yummy one called siesta bars , in mint and orange , ok its not cadbury but its better than nothing , hope this helps x
Thanks for the wonderful encouragement , its really great to hear some positivety for once as alot of the forum seems to be negative unforts.
I too am on the road to recovery , im pretty much doing the same as you , although not as intense with the exercise lol.And i havent tried the yoghurt internally or the probiotic yet , what an awesome idea 🙂 .Again thanks for the positiveness . good luck yourself . kaye x

ive been seeing a naturapath and he has prescribed all natural anti fungals as it helps kill off the candida quicker as well as you starving them.im taking oil of oregano as its the strongest, im also taking physillium husks , gentle iron, selenium, vitamin c, EPA, hydrochloric acid tabs as us candida sufferers have a terrible digestive system, very high dose acidophillis .im drinking lots of camomile tea as this is a antifungal also, ive been on these supplemnts for four weeks now . hope this helps 🙂
