you could just be reacting to the coconut oil because i hear it can take your digestive system a little time to get used to coconut oil.

ive got this rash on both my obliques and every summer it gets worse if i get a tan. its slightly itchy and the skin is very dry and almost patchy around it. ive been putting bentonite clay on it twice a week. it seems to be slowly going away, but have had it for about five years now and just cannot get it to go away. have had three or four doctors look at it i’d like to have a dermatoligist look at it but here is what i always get from them “it almost looks like it could be psoriasis but i have no idea what that is” every single one has said that.

jorge what are your thoughts on using alpha lipoic acid for a chelating agent, it is capable of crossing the bbb.

fillings removed yesterday! just wanted to report immediate changes. first of all within the first few hours i feel like my anxiety has definitely been lessened as well as mental fog, i have also experienced a bit of a headache and lightheadedness…im thinking these are possibly due to that increased bit of exposure during the procedure, i believe no matter how careful the dentist is there will still be a brief period of exposure. been experiencing runny stools im thinking that could be from the dmsa i dont know. but i can tell the fillings definitely had a direct effect on my mental state and feel less zombiefied. as far as some of the candida symptoms go, no real changes yet but i fully expect a quicker recovery in the weeks and months to come while on dmsa.

just watched that movie “the beautiful truth” very interesting stuff. things ive already suspected but got even more reassurance. thanks for putting that up, im even more optimistic about getting mine removed. cant wait get them all taken out tomorrow, this day has been a long time coming, when do you ever hear of someone being excited about going to te dentist…especially when they know they are getting at least one of those super painful shots in the mouth lol…

so excited im getting all three of my amalgam fillings removed monday and already have dmsa waiting! been wanting to do this for a few years now and decided to use my tax returns to finance it. not only do i have a pretty bad case of candida (which has gotten much better over the past month on a very strict diet and exercise program) i also have aspergers (high functioning autism). i truly believe the fillings are adding to the intensity of both conditions. i am very optimistic of the end results of removal and a few months of chelation. seen far too many stories of people in this situation where amalgam removal was a true turning point for them!

i had this same issue 3 years ago and it ended up being stomach ulcers. mist of the time black stools means dried blood or bleeding in the upper digestive tract. the other thing that is known to cause thus is pepto bismol. when i had ulcers i had a strong pain in the center of my upper abdomen. does your family have a history of ulcers?

this may help you a little. ive been doing a strict diet for about three weeks now and been doing p90x the same amount of time. im a younger male. i started at 185 pounds and now 172 pounds. so im down 13 lbs over the last three weeks. basically the more you exercise and the less fat you ingest the quicker you will lose weight!
