Short answer is yes.
Steam or boiled is best.

I feel for yeah, this is also my second attempt and its so difficult 🙁
I find it soooo hard to keep off chocolate, I’m also really really fed up with my blotchy red skin and feel so dam low all the time..
Anyways enough of that 😀
Breakfast I did find difficult but now I rotate each day between Pro-biotic Yoghurt and scrambled egg. The scrambled egg I do in the microwave and find it quite filling and generally lasts me till lunch, use about 3 eggs and skip the milk. I know it will be a little tasteless but least it fills you and its better than nothing :D.
The pro-biotic is good, but not as filling to be honest.

I like the idea of scrambled eggs and will try this rotating with yoghurt, what kind of milk to I use if any for the eggs?

Xtralac is almost the same as Threelac accept in capsules. Plus much cheaper and easier to get hold of. One question tho how many packets do you take of Xtralac? x

Hi, I’m still on stage one to be honest, I need to get into a set routine of what foods I can eat and the amounts I can eat. Once I have a decent routine that I feel works I’ll post it on here 😀
