Candida is a huge thing at least it has been in my relationship thanks to thrush, if you do have thrush you really shouldn’t be dating unless your willing to be honist, its not fair to the other person! if it all okay down there, then you can tell them your on a detox and if you get more sirious you can explane more.
Your deficient in sugar. lol, its true though
I’m not saying take my advice but this is my story,
GIVE ME SUGAR SUGAR SUGAR
Well i would have to say i made it aprox 6 months on the candida diet before i started to question myself whether the candida diet was the right path for my body, i got increasingly sicker and tired like never before,i always had a soft stool, i lost my muscle tone, couldn’t work & even lost my job mid way through, i wasn’t feeling better, the candida diet made me feel worse and i kept blaming the candida for it all. I believed so intently on no sugar, no fruit and all the other no,no,nos.
I didn’t care how sick i was getting i must be on the right path, something that made me feel this crappy surly would give me a HUGE reward! i kept telling myself and others
I became a regular reader of this forum….
I went out one night about 3 weeks ago and saw this girl dancing, doing amazing energetic moves the way i used to be before the ‘candida diet’ so i jumped up and tried to bust out my regular dance tricks, but i couldn’t keep up, i was a granny at 24 i had lost my happiness and my ability to express myself though dance, i was changing, i was’sick’ girl. Before i had just had thrush, now i had thrush and i was the “sick” girl and this made me depressed.
Then one night i had pumpkin soup and i felt amazing its as if every part of me was smiling on the inside, it felt right and i tried a couple of more times, and then carrot, low sugar berries i started having energy thinking clearly, started to pass nice sold stools, exercising every day getting on with life and dancing again.
I say listen to the body and balance seems to work with life so why not the gut? Long term deprivation is not balance don’t fool yourself.
Now its not all doom and gloom for the candida diets roll in my life.
During the candida diet i did get rid of my face pimples & my other skin condition. But maybe, just maybe this was because of cutting out gluten or dairy or even cutting out refined sugar and less to do with the candida diet in whole.
I cured wasn’t before i started, or after i finished, BUT i feel so much better now.I am introducing foods back slowly though just so i can find anything that might irritate me, because its obvious something was & is.
I will get better with balance, this is my new theory.
I’m also eating smaller meals though out the day so my digestive system isn’t over loaded.
I will have a sugar diet, but no refined stuff and i’m not going to overdo it on the fruit. Slowly and respectfully wins the race.
Hey,hey, hey tiredness is a shit, i lost my job because of my extreme fatigue!
But still what you have sounds awful, i would try some antifungal things like coconut oil and apple cider vinagar, i would treat it like girls do with yeast infections down there. and then i guess a change of diet is a good start too.
CUT OUT THE SUGAR
exersise, and ginger tea helps me with cold hands and feet, as i get this very often.
I had dry skin for a while, its back to super soft now after i increased my omega 3s.
I eat pumpkin seeds and am fine as long as i dont over eat
Your the 2nd person i have read the used the olive leaf as a cure, was that all you used?
That’s fast! Good luck on the new job!
Yes, i was on a mission, i don’t like being unemployed and i guess luck bumped me up too.
Yay the luck has turned, i found a new job. 🙂 Now i just have to move house.
I am not much of a sweater myself and the bath doesn’t do squat.
Maybe try this tea while having a bath?? I’m yet to try it but would like to give it a shot.
Lime blossom (diaphoretic = makes you sweat)
Hate to break the news but this diets a commitment and i personally think it needs about 6months or longer. 🙁 Well its been over four solid months for me and still got thrush. Although the last couple of days have looked pretty good.

Depends whos diet you follow. Curious though why 50 days only?
Well its organic so you know its going to be better than buying beef or lamb, i often wonder if you can get organic beef anyway, i have heard that all the good stuff goes to china, my granddad has cows and they all go to china because they are REAL ORGANIC GRASS FED. they pay more than the farmers do over here, but i bet Australia isnt the only country who does this. If i had to choose go Venison. But im a vegetarian lol.

I was watching the Dr. Oz show and chewing on fennel seed also reduces bloating. 🙂
I have made coconut cream myself and it takes a long time and alot of effort. Too much work if you ask me!!
THE HARD WAY
*** first you got to get a brown coconut drill it and let out all the juice and then put it in the oven for about 20min on high heat.
*** then put it in a tea towel and shash it up into medium sized chunks
*** then pull all the shell from the meat and put the white flesh in a food processor
*** then spread out the flakes on a baking tray and put in oven medium heat till toasty, i never got the time down pat i just keep cheaking the coconut till it wasn’t moist anymore.
***after that you mix 1 cup shreaded coconut to 2-3parts hot water and vitamix.
*** then let let water cool enough so you dont burn yourself and put mix in cheese cloth straining out the big bits till your left with the coconut cream/milk. Put in fridge for a few hours or over night and the really creamy stuff will rise to the top.
EASY WAY OUT
1medium avocado with one cup of water put in blender or/vitamix. creates a creamy mixture i use now instead of coconut cream, especially when i make coconut bread.
