My friend did the diet on millet with natural yoghurt for breaky, free range scrambled eggs for lunch and meat & salad or steamed veg for tea. Natural yoghurt for snack or almonds. Not too expensive! Boring but worth it!! Worked for her!

I’m so stoked for you. This shouldn’t be a long term diet unless you can’t get rid of it. But you should enjoy your food and relax a bit with what you eat. Obviously we should eat all things in moderation but this diet gets pretty boring. My friend did this diet for 6 weeks. She had bloating, painful thrush in breast feeding and other symptoms and since the diet she can eat what she wants. Food shouldn’t consume you forever!

It was ok. I was a little disappointed because a lot of this info is already available. In saying that it does provide instant remedies and goes in depth about medications etc. But in regards to the diet plan, it’s not that different.

I had two friends take MMS.
One had Ross river virus for 8 years, with mms it was gone in 3 months!
The other had a parasite and it was gone in one month.

I think the drug companies make it sound deadly because it only costs around $25 to order and know that if the world finds out about it, we won’t need to pay for their precious expensive drugs which eventually kill us anyway!

I’m going to try it after the candida diet!
