You have to upload your pictures to photobucket.com first. Then, you copy the “IMG” code and paste it here. That’s how it works.
That’s great you are finding positive responses to your recipes!

I couldn’t load Photobucket today so I can’t post pictures yet. Your sweet version sounds good! I added one more TBS of coconut flour to make them denser/thicker. That worked out well too.

    Hi Mokshagirl
What probably helps to keep it fresh is the lemon juice and a cold fridge…I keep the pudding on the lowest shelf in my fridge where it’s the coldest. AND in a sealed container…Do you like both recipes?

Thanks for your concern 🙂 I went to a doctor who specializes in yeast infections and she said there’s no indication to get me on Diflucan because my latest tests are clean, and that even if my tests weren’t clean she wouldn’t gave it to me because she thinks it wouldn’t help at this stage. On the other hand, she also said I shouldn’t be on this diet because it will weaken me, but when I explained precisely what I’m eating and which supplements I’m taking, she complimented my diet (?!). So all of this only proves that doctors don’t have the slightest idea about candida 😛 She gave me one test for the urethra so I can take it when my symptoms get worse so then we can see if it’s still the candida. I just really don’t know – could it be that my tests are negative because candida has weakened but left me damaged flora in the urethra? And all the itching are just die-off symptoms? But if there’s still die-off every day, it means that candida is still there, because it is dying, but why didn’t it show on the tests then?? I’m soooo confused, and this doctor, although she was very nice and all, didn’t really know anything more than me 😀

    Hi Keya
Oh, how I can relate to this! Doctors really don’t know anything. I am sorry you didn’t get the response you were hoping for. I would recommend you go to another doctor for the second opinion…if you have time, do it. You have nothing to lose. And she didn’t give you Diflucan?! Why the hell not? – rhetorical question…Did she give you anything to treat the discomfort you are experiencing??
Some women have external yeast without any discharge whatsoever. They only experience itching and burning. There are plenty of posts about it on the Internet.
I am not sure if you already talked about this , but I will ask you anyway. Have you tried a regular cream that treats yeast infections (Canesten and such – sold in Europe)? Apply it to the itchy area to see if it helps…Obviously, you don’t have bacterial infection or she would have found it. It can be either A or B…since it’s not A, then it must be B – yeast…

Sometimes, tests come out negative if you use some kind of treatment to ease your symptoms. They can “mask” the infection…

I can’t buy Diflucan here without prescription, but I’ll go to a doctor who is a specialist for this kind of diseases so I’ll talk to her and ask if she could prescribe it to me.

    Hi Keya
Did you go to the doctor? Did you get Diflucan? Let us know your progress.

Hi, I can relate. I don’t get constipated as much as I get bloated when eating a lot of vegetables. For constipation, try Magnesium. That always works like a charm for many people with this problem. Give it about 24-48 hours to get your bowels moving again.

My favorite brand of Vit.C is Nature’s plus Sustained Release vitamin C (1000mg per pill) or Ultra Source of Life by Nature’s Plus. Highly recommended.

I never get sick with these.

Hmm, I don’t know. What you can do is measure flax ,add coconut milk or other liquid to the flax so you will end up with approximately the same amount of mass as eggs make. You need to have a binder there and I find Glucomannan a good one. It’s a form of fiber and thickener. Or you can add Guar Gum or something similar to hold the dough together.
    Good luck!

I am sorry to hear you feel this way. This is not a very happy diet; especially, when you’ve been dealing with this for so long. It definitely wants to make you feel alone and miserable. You have to prevail though! Do not give up the hope just yet. You don’t know how many women who are making plans for summer are suffering from Candida constantly. I know there’s more than you think! They only don’t talk about it. And why can’t you make your own plans for summer? Do you live near the sea? If not, go to the beach this summer. Salt water and the sun are very healing…

Why don’t you go online and look for a candida discussion forum in Croatia. This forum here is great, but you may feel disconnected from the people who post here because you don’t have access to as many supplements as they do.
I am SURE there is at least one forum that focuses on Candida. That way you could find out where to buy certain anti-candida supplements, get a good advice, see what you can eat – that’s available in Croatia (your local traditional food), etc. You are not alone suffering from Candida problems in your country.

Another thing, can you buy Diflucan without the prescription at pharmacies in Croatia? I know that you can buy it in some European countries. One widely available is called MYCOMAX and it’s pretty much 150mg of Fluconazole. One costs about 5 euros. You could probably order it online even. A medical-strength medication would speed up the healing process for you. Take one pill a week.

Keep it up!!! All will be well again.

yes – I use a mix of Stevia and Erythritol. But, many times I omit a sweetener altogether. Instead, I add spices such as black pepper, cajun mix, caraway seeds, etc.
