I have had RLS since i was 17 yrs old. If your legs are antzy, it make be something your taking… kind of like too much caffeine. otherwise RLS is hard to treat without taking some sort of meds…which i refuse to take. so i just take a hot bath before bed and hope for the best. since taking all of my vitamins and herbs i take..i still have RLS but..it seems to have lessoned in severity. i think a good diet and plenty of vit and minerals is your best bet for RLS..now called Willis-Ekbom Disease.

not sure exactly on that question..BUT no i dont think it bakes out completely. When i was married to an alcoholic..we had to make sure to buy alcohol free vanilla..and other items that didnt feed the craving. so it makes sense here that it would till be in the baking process. maybe it needs to reach a high temp before being completely baked out. that to me would mean burning what your baking. this is just my guess.
Able says no to xylitol due to sugar alcohols. but i been using it from day one and have never had one single problem with it…so try it and see how you feel. if your ok.then keep on using it. 🙂
yes the security image is causing an issue. i put in the correct security and it says it didnt match..then it puts another one there.. it has done that with every post.
and it is till very slow in the forum. sluggish. hope the new software works…

xanthan gum is a corn base. not recommended. i personally use the guar gum. it is used in small quantities..but yes..adding tons of eggs works well also.
Coconut bread in low in carbs so not much weight gain there.. but try the other flours…like Brown rice Bran, oat bran, millet, and Teff. i have discovered i really like Teff. i found some that is ivory color and love it. very mild flavor. so if you want to gain weight or keep from losing, i recommend flours.
Personally i cant stand coconut bread..so i had ot find a flour i liked. took me 3 months and lots of loaves of bread going in the trash before i found a flour i like.

I thought this was my old thread…LOL..i asked the same thing. found i AM in the right place after self diagnosing myself. i had shortness of breath, IBS, Menieres Disease, RLS, Dizziness, migraines, Chronic fatigue. now i am CFS free..thank God…dizziness is better…that was my chief complaint….not gone but better..and headaches are alot better or gone.shortness of breath went away right away..as soon as i started my diet and taking probiotics and antifungals. i am 3 1/2 months on the diet now..and feeling better. i am at about 60-70% better..some days i fall back to 20-30%…but they are less than they were. i had vaginal yeast infections every two months no matter what i did and now..those are gone. woohoo…no more itching both vaginal and rectal either. you can say it feels like heaven down there now..LOL its a relief. i cant wait to be at 100%. it feels better just to be getting better. in the beginning i thought this was going to take forever and didnt want to be on this diet for along time..now it seems to be just a part of life. i do try new foods sometimes and my body lets me know immediately if its good or not. (i get real dizzy) but if i dont get dizzy..i try that food again. it may be too early for me to be trying foods but…i dont see where it is hurting to find out. if i get a reaction..i dont eat it again. In the beginning, i was weak for weeks into the diet. slept alot…dropped 12 lbs in two weeks. it was major..but now i have leveled off..not really losing weight anymore..not sure why…but i can say..there is hope. the one way i knew it as Candida is when i suffered thru the horrible die off in the beginning. thats how i knew i had candida.. no Dr could diagnose it after 5 Drs.
so try the diet, see if you get better. my IBS is still there but seems slightly better.i think thats gonna take a long time to gt that straightened out. Good luck to ya..
Stevia is the number one recommended sweetener for Candida. but if you cant stand Stevia..like me..i use xylitol and have from day one. just FYI..your body takes awhile to get use to xylitol so use it a little at a time..and work your way up to more if needed. i gt diarrhea and bloating if my body isnt liking it. now my body is getting use to it and isnt doing that so much anymore. it seems to be the closest thing to sugar that i have found without an after taste. so my suggestion is…try it..see if you have a reaction…. its up to you. i personally have NEVER had any sort of a reaction from it so i use it.

Raster i am taking the HMF. what should i take after i finish this bottle? i need a stronger one i think. i really like the HMF and SR722 stuff. seems it has helped me some. but i also feel like i am at a stand still and not moving forward. i did just add Grapefruit seed extract and i did have about 3-4 days of some terrible die off which i started back taking the molybdenum. but i feel back to normal again…whatever normal is.. LOL
