I cheated after two months of diet with meat pie, and few weeks after that with hamburger.
Im still on the diet but every two weeks i endulge myself with a hamburger. I dont add ketchup to it or nothing like that only cabbage, onion and lettuce so its not a big deal i think.
I also added one granny smith apple per day after 3 month of boring diet and i feel good.
Put frozen grains in the strain and wash them with milk (room temperature) a little. After that put them in milk at room temperature for 24 hours. After that repeat the process and your grains should be reactivated.
Never use tap water to wash grains.
If they sent you grains that were frozen, you will need to make 2 or 3 batches for them to reactivate.
1 tablespoon of grains put in one cup of milk (2 deciliters) and keep for 24 hours.
Mine smelled bad two but after one batch it was good.
Im lucky enough to get really good organic milk from the farm and my grains love it. From one tablespooon, in a month i have like 15 tablespoons of grain. Already gave some to my friends to make for themselves.
So quality of milk is important.
Tomatoes contain sugar. You should avoid it for a few months at least
