Has anyone ever tried this? I have some here at home. I usually take just 1 digestive enzyme before I eat called Similase Sensitive Stomach before I eat each meal. It helps tremedously! However, I find I still need extra support sometimes, so I do extra dgl. I don’t think I need all that dgl all the time, so I was wondering about extra support at times. Now, I probably don’t need the extra support all the time, just depends on my day. I have read about mastic gum, too. Any advice anyone? I will always have some reflux problems due to my gastroparesis, so I do need to make sure to take other things to avoid nasty ppi’s, which have nasty affects. I also supplement with a very small dosage of natural hcl at meals. Be lucky everyone that you don’t have gastroparesis + no colon + candida, complex situation here.
