    Risotto with spinach

    1. Fry some spring onions for 2 mins.
    2. Add wild or brown rice and fry for 2 more mins.
    3. Add enough water, sea salt and some bay leaves and boil until done.
    4. make sure there is no more unnecesary water, otherwise drain it.
    5. Add fresh baby spinach and let it become softer.
    6. Add fresh flat leaf parsley, black pepper and a bit of yoghurt.
    7. You can serve it with grilled peppers in a bit of olive oil and basilicum.

    My first food after the cleanse.
