I’ve been eating this as a muesli, preparing once a week and alternating with eggs day on day off. Substitute the main grain with whatever works for you, the flavours of the coconut and cinnamon is what makes it so good
1/2 cup of: Oatbran Coconut shredded Nuts – blended Pumpkin seeds – blended Linseeds – blended Chia seeds Hemp seeds Add 1-2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Some vanilla. Pour on almond or coconut milk or yoghurt. Wait 10 mins so that the chia seeds absorb the liquid and become ready to eat.
