I have been on the candida diet for around 3 weeks now… for 2 weeks I have been eating a nice probiotic yogurt and it normally doesn’t have a strong taste. However, 2 days ago the very same yogurt began to taste sooo sour!!! Ugh I just can’t eat it now! I’m not sure what changes taste buds go through when you quit sugar but do you think this is a possible reaction?
