    I’m slightly confused over yoghurt-

    I’m half way through my detox and I’m planning for phase two-

    I know that cow’s milk is out of bounds however I can have Almond Milk.

    The recipe I have for Yoghurt-Granola Parfait says to use plain organic yoghurt, now does this mean normal cow’s milk yoghurt or something else?

    Please help
