I have been eating pretty big portions of Green Beans 2-3 days a week. Now last 2 times I’ve been eating it they were yellowish green, and yellow… Something like here:
People over here (Serbia) call Green Beens – “Boranija” and they sell it in all colors under the simple name of “Boranija”. So I was wondering if I’m perhaps wrong? Maybe I should eat only green Green Beans, and I made a huge step back in my diet??? Is Wax beans a translation of what I ate? Or are there many more version of this same sort of vegetable?
There are all different colored string beans as we call them. One year I grew beautiful purple string beans. Green or yellow is pretty common. I had a mixture of green and yellow last night with dinner.
