    This is interesting. Xylitol is my sweetener of choice because I don’t like the taste of Stevia. Didn’t know this added benefit.

    Xylitol is not a good idea. It affects the adherence of your good bacteria. Anything that causes severe cramping is going to affect the habitat of your good bacteria.
