when going on this diet even eating a lot like I do, I have been losing weight and it’s been a struggle to keep some meat on my bones:) I actually eat more food now than I did prior. after candida is defeated for me I can’t imagine ever going back to processed food again.
I think I’ll Add more buckwheat to my diet if it helps keep the weight stable.
