Bitter melon is good for managing blood sugar and longevity. I found a recipe for stuffing it and would like to try it. We start phase 3 in three days.

Never heard of it but I just looked it up! It is used by many diabetics to manage their blood glucose apparently. It at least 1 compound that has been shown in studies to lower blood glucose.

I’d say it’s pretty safe to include that on the yes list 🙂 It’s definitely nothing like regular melon.
