Bitter melon is good for managing blood sugar and longevity. I found a recipe for stuffing it and would like to try it. We start phase 3 in three days.
February 8, 2017 at 8:35 pm #173760Never heard of it but I just looked it up! It is used by many diabetics to manage their blood glucose apparently. It at least 1 compound that has been shown in studies to lower blood glucose.
