    Hi,

I was just curious to know if anyone went on the diet for skin disorders i.e. eczema, athlete’s foot, jock itch etc. and when I should expect to see some diminishing of the rashes on my skin. Right now I’m just on week 2 of the diet. Thanks in advance.

    Hello.
You should already be seeing at least a few small differences if you’ve been on a strict diet for going on two weeks. There’s no difference at all?
Tell us what you are eating every day, snacks and drinks included.

You should experience die-off symptoms within days if you are doing the diet correctly. Results can take much longer depending on how ill you are with candida.

I generally follow the foods to eat list quite stringently. Again, I haven’t performed the 7-day cleanse so maybe I need to start from square one, but the only weakness I have is basically in eating a lot of nuts and seeds of which I soak.

    Breakfast:

2 eggs scrambled (with coconut oil or olive oil)
    some kind of meat
    sliced garlic
red and white onions (maybe some bell peppers)

I generally sautee the garlic and onions and then add meat and eggs

    Lunch:

I have been using Quinoa a lot lately as a filler

    today I had:

quinoa with chicken thigh, spinach orange and red bell peppers, chili peppers, white and red onions olive oil, cumin powder, cayenne powder, chili powder, chili flakes and ginger. All pan fried with Olive oil.

    Dinner:

Had the same as lunch and had some kimchi that I made.

I do cheat a little and have 1/2 a cup of decaf coffee every so often. Outside of that it’s water and herbal teas. 😐

nacl, the hot veggies and spices you are using are not recommended because they can cause mucus production which protects the candida. You want to destroy the candida.

The seeds and nuts could prove problematic (down the road) and the candida can adjust to just about anything. I ate (unsoaked) sunflower seeds for the first 3 months of the diet and it only set me back.

If you get a mucus reaction/production from anything you eat, then it is not allowed.

Nac, your diet doesn’t sound all that bad to me, but read the protocol and follow that. You don’t need to start from square one with a cleanse, just start the diet. I would cut down on the amount of meat protein.

Thank you for the information… so is the list on the website somewhat erroneous? Because I saw peppers on the list and so was inclusionary with my liberties 🙂 So no super spicy peppers? Got it. Is there a more precise list of foods that are good for people in the various stages of their diet?
