Hi everyone,
I’ve went through the detox phase and it’s now been two weeks on the anti-candida diet. Because of moving to a new city two weeks ago (in the middle of my detox!), I had trouble finding a probiotic that met my criteria. I have decided to buy online which means that I most likely have to wait at least a week for them to arrive. Is there a disadvantage of taking the probiotics later than sooner – I would be taking them three maybe four weeks into the candida diet rather than how the diet suggests taking them on the second week of the diet?
Many thanks for your help!
Just take them when you can. It’s not like there is a typical approach that everyone follows. Just do what you can, when you can.
