I’m a little confused as to when, if ever it is ok to eat chickpeas?
Also chickpea flour more commonly known as besan or gram flour would be great as it make a fantastic batter for things like onion, veg or chicken pakora, Onion Bhajis and onion rings? Also makes a very nice flat bread for mopping up curry!

I’m pretty sure chickpeas, like all beans, contain oestrogen, which feeds yeast. Until the candida has been completely banished I wouldn’t think about reintroducing legumes. I’m not a professional but it’s what I have read.
