Just wondering if I can have a little organic butter during stage 1? If not, when will I be ablr to? It really helps with the taste of food.

Butter contains milk sugar, so it’s not really allowed at all. You can have clarified butter (aka ghee) though, since it’s lactose-free. I wanted to buy some myself today, but I couldn’t find any organic ones.

You can have Ghee which is similar to butter. I use coconut oil as a substitute for butter on the bread.

I am on phase 2 and don’t eat butter even though I think I could.
