    I am having yeast-related symptoms to my 24-hour old kefir milk. Finally I realized (after calling the Kefir Lady) the grains had grown and I need to either remove some or add more milk. That problem is now fixed. But the 24 hour kefir milk definately causes some of my typical yeast symptoms.

    Should I leave the strained kefir milk on the counter for 48 hours? More? Keep in the fridge for how many days?
