    I am about to enter phase 4 of the candida diet and am a bit confused about what order i should take the supplements in.
    I will be consuming Activated Charcoal, Probiotics, Vitamin C, Pau D’arco, Oregano Oil, Glutamine and Nattokinase.

    I understand that activated charcoal should not be taken at the same time as the others as it might reduce the effectiveness of it. So would it be okay to have it on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning? And then after breakfast, take the rest of the lot?

    You’re right about activated charcoal – it should be taken at least an hour away from the other supplements.

    I would also separate the probiotics from the antifungals, as some of the antifungals have antibacterial properties. Probiotics should also be taken with, or just before, meals.

    Here’s what I would consider doing:

    Immediately when you wake up – activated charcoal
    With breakfast – probiotics, vitamin C, Glutamine and Nattokinase
    Mid/late morning – Pau D’arco, Oregano Oil
