I am about to enter phase 4 of the candida diet and am a bit confused about what order i should take the supplements in. I will be consuming Activated Charcoal, Probiotics, Vitamin C, Pau D’arco, Oregano Oil, Glutamine and Nattokinase.
I understand that activated charcoal should not be taken at the same time as the others as it might reduce the effectiveness of it. So would it be okay to have it on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning? And then after breakfast, take the rest of the lot?
