I want to give my liver an extra boost just wondering if i can pick up an organic coffee from the supermarket or if i have to buy specialist ‘pure’ coffees on amazon labelled for enemas, also one website said to freeze the beans and then defrost and grind them fresh when i want them.

    thx D:

I’m not trying to start a long debate here, but I do think I should ask you: are you aware of the Wikipedia article on coffee enemas?

(Just asking, that’s all. Sorry if my question upsets you.)

With all due respect i’m doing nystatin enemas so how’s that any different? Not sure why it’d be upsetting either. D:

I was being very careful in my wording because some people really get upset very quickly.

I guess it makes a difference what you put into your enema.

I really have no knowledge about nystatin enemas, so I can neither compare nor judge. All I wanted to do was inform you about the Wikipedia article. Do with this information whatever you like.
