Yacon syrup is apparently one of the best low carb sweeteners out there right now (I’m still waiting for my bottle to arrive). There’s also stevia, though I’ve gotta admit, I don’t find stevia all that satisfying. And maybe xylitol (I see it listed as OK here: http://www.thecandidadiet.com/foodstoeat.htm, but I think some folks here are more strict and it could be controversial, not sure).
