Hi everyone, I have read in the Vitamin Protocol that Vitamin C, Molybdenum and Milk Thistle are all water soluble and therefore can be taken with or without food, but I have been searching this site as well as google trying to find out if they can be taken together at the same time. I am also curious about when to take the Nettle (I am taking the pills rather than the tea), I saw no mention of it in the Vitamin Protocol and am wanting to know the same thing if it can be taken with the others or not. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Kendra
Vitamin C, Molybednum & Milk Thistle can be taken anytime with or without food. Nettle can also be taken anytime. I do take Molybednum (3 times with my 3 meals) & Milk Thistle after Breakfast & Dinner.
