I just started day 20 of diet and yesterday and today I am feeling week, lethargic, shaky, nervous…I am eating the as I have been the last couple weeks. I went through the die-off stage the first week. Am I not getting enough nutrients? For example today I had yeast free bread for breakfast, hazelnuts for snack, chicken and asparagus for lunch, I will have a veggie salad for a snack soon. I don’t feel like doing anything but lay around. This is just as bad as the fatigue I had before I started the diet…any ideas?May 20, 2012 at 1:52 pm #82453

That tired feeling can be die off and die off can last weeks or months. This can also be a food reaction. I let someone more experienced handle this but I would not eat any nuts right now. They contain mold and I dont know about the bread either. Looks like you need more vegetables in your diet though.May 20, 2012 at 6:33 pm #82465

What ingredients does your bread contain? Mold free, dairy free, yeast free, gluten free, grain free bread is what you need and this could be setting back your recovery. Foods with mold, such as nuts could also be setting things back.
What supplements are you taking and what probiotic?

Good observations……. shopped for bread that was not just gluten free but to stay away from nuts and go low low sugar content. No more then one 1g naturally occurring. I don’t eat it every day either.
For what its worth.
