Hello! I did the diet for 30 days but have recently faltered and keep giving into my cravings. I live with my 7 year old son, so there’s some school snacks around, which if I’m craving something, it’s very hard to resist.
Also with the treats suggested in the recipe book, I can’t stop at just one! So then I overeat, which is equally as damaging for me.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :))))
