Hi
I have been on the candida diet for 6 months and I have stuck at it, for the last week I have been feeling very tired and experiencing muscle pain and a vague constant headache. I have introduced a few things mainly being buckwheat pancakes and brown rice I am very cautious. I am thinking I need a vitamin/mineral supplement, I am also vegetarian. Can anyone suggest anything that may help. Thanks for readingNovember 14, 2012 at 12:02 am #91726These links should help you.

Probiotics
Bread RecipesUnless all of your symptoms have vanished completely, including any die-off effects, I would leave the brown rice alone.

November 19, 2012 at 6:08 pm #91934Quinoa ferments in the gut from my experience just like rice and beef; buckwheat is a good alternative because it is a prebiotic and thus feeds the beneficial bacteria in the gut. Quinoa is also high in starch like rice.
