    Today I bought a vitamin C suplement and it doesn´t contain gluten neither lactose, salt and whatever. The only ingredients are: cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and vegetable cover. Can I take it???? or should I avoid one of that ingredients?

    I would not worry about these ingredients. My favorite brands include solgar, thorne, solaray, and natures way and use these as comparison.

    Next bottle, I would consider getting vitamin C with bioflavanoids which contain anti-allergy and anti-candida properties.
