I think vegetable glycerin will have much less of an impact on your blood glucose than regular sugar. However you probably wouldn’t want to use too much of it. The idea is to start getting accustomed to foods that are less sweet – your taste buds will get used to it!
Thanks for the reply. Would I just best avoiding it all together? I just wanted get vanilla extract that I could use for baking recipes with putting in 1tsp or table spoon in at time. A lot these recipes seem require it.
