I’m about to start a 4 day cleanse? Is four days enough? Also, I’m am going to be making vegetable broths for lunch. Do I still have to only adhere to the strict food cleanse list or does the fact that it’s a broth allow me to use other vegetables in it?

Broth is fine, but you should stick with only green vegetables during a cleanse, otherwise it’s not really a cleanse, or at least not a very good one. The following are examples:

    Asparagus
    Bok choy
    Broccoli
    Brussels sprouts
    Cabbage
    Celery
    Collard greens
    Cucumber
    Dandelion greens
    Endive
    Green beans
    Kale
    Lettuce
    Okra (non-breaded)
    Seaweed
    Spinach
    Swiss chard

Thank you for your prompt reply. I’ll save the chicken broth for when I slowly start to reintroduce things.
