I’m usually very low in vitamin D3, so I hope this can be a way to keep my D3 levels up. Since these lamps are not so cheap, I’d like to ask you guys some advice about this. Is it worth it? A UV light would be a more natural way to increase vitamin D levels.Author Posts Viewing 3 posts - 1 through 3 (of 3 total)The topic ‘UV Lights’ is closed to new replies.
