    Hi All,

So I was trying to make things with coconut flour and continued getting terrible, inedible results. Then it dawned on me that the density of coconut flour (or any flour really) determines how many grams per vup (I didnt have “cups”, so was weighing out flour at the wrong amounts).

So I stumbled across this site, which gives you the weight/volume of any type of flour for cooking – very helpful. Check it out!

With this I managed to cook some half decent coconut flour pancakes (incidentally 1 cup = 112g), although they tasted a little bit eggy and gave me a few stomach cramps 🙁

Apart from that, over 2 months in and feeling positive! (even though die-off is giving me some decent constipation….)
