    I’m eating a Lot of baker’s chocolate, mostly Mother’s brand. I am eating about half a bar a day, so about 2 ounces. Is this making my candida worse?

    I’ve personally found that most sugar-free, dairy-free chocolate is pretty neutral. My thoughts are that if it’s keeping you away from more problematic foods (fruit, sweets) than it should be fine. I’ve gone both with and without with no noticable difference.

    Yessss, thank you. There is some stomach discomfort with it, maybe because of the caffeine, but it’s definitely what’s holdin me back from xmas cookies.

    Granted, everyone is different. You could always try cutting down and see if it makes you feel better. But I doubt you’d have to eliminate it 🙂
